Each piece you order, whether it’s an Atomic Joe mug, an original painting, or a limited-edition print, is handcrafted or printed to order.
That means small variations are part of the art itself, not defects.

💔 If Something Arrives Damaged

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery using the Contact page

•  or by replying to your order confirmation email.

• Please include clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

• We’ll replace the item whenever possible or issue a full refund if the piece cannot be remade.

• We’ll cover all return-shipping costs for confirmed damage.

🚫 General Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer error.
Please read all descriptions, sizes, and edition notes carefully before purchasing.

🕐 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us directly.
After that window, production begins and cancellation may not be possible.

🌍 International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties charged by their country.
